橋克岩丘酒莊的經典款LUNA系列以羅馬神話月亮女神『LUNA』命名，象徵月的神聖、皎潔與光輝。酒瓶標籤上的圖案是紀念酒莊早期以觀月的方式進行釀酒，並使用月亮的圓缺來表達古時的計時方式。21年的LUNA Shiraz希哈版呈現浪漫深沉般的紫紅色調，倒入杯中後散發出黑莓果、紫羅蘭花與烤堅果的香氣。入口時，新鮮的黑莓與藍莓交織、夾帶著花香氣和些許研磨胡椒風味湧入於口中；尾韻則有香草與些許榛果風味。橋克岩丘酒莊釀酒團隊加入3% Barbera《巴貝拉》葡萄品種進行混釀，使這隻Shiraz整體更加均衡豐富與帶有圓潤柔順的單寧。

LONE GULLY葡萄園位於南澳麥克拉倫谷北端的山丘上，主要種植並生產濃郁優雅的葡萄品種；2021年，南澳經歷潮濕的冬季與乾燥的春夏，LUNA Shiraz來自七個種植希哈品種長達15~25年的優質葡萄園、生產的葡萄品種都具有豐富細膩的質地和厚實的風味。釀酒師們以捕捉品種的自然風味為主軸，採用輕柔手法方式進行釀製，並放置發酵罐中採自然發酵不過度干預手法、讓葡萄果實呈現天然原始的特性。使用2至3年左右的舊式法國橡木桶交替進行熟成，讓它表現出最好的希哈風味與口感。

The classic Luna series from Chalk Hill winery is named after the Roman moon goddess『LUNA』, symbolizing the sacredness, brightness, and radiance of the moon. The label design on the wine bottle commemorates the winery is early wine-making process by observing the moon, and uses the moon is phases to express the ancient timing method. The 2021 Luna shiraz version presents a romantic and deep purple-red color, with aromas of blueberries,blackberries, violets, and roasted nuts when poured into a glass. Upon tasting, fresh blackberries and blueberries are intertwined with floral aromas and a hint of ground pepper, while the finish has flavors of vanilla and hazelnut. The winemaking team at Chalk Hill Winery added 3% barbera grape variety for blending making this shiraz more balanced, rich, and with a smooth tannin.

The Lone Gully vineyard is located on a hill at the northern end of the McLaren Valley in South Australia, mainly cultivating and producing rich and elegant grape varieties. In 2021, South Australia experienced a wet winter and a dry spring and summer. LUNA shiraz comes from seven high-quality vineyards with shiraz grape varieties that have been planted for 15-25 years, all of which have a rich and delicate texture and a thick flavor.

Winemakers focus on capturing the natural flavors of the grape varieties, using gentle methods for brewing and placing them in fermentation tanks for natural fermentation without excessive intervention, allowing the grape fruits to exhibit their natural and original characteristics. The wine is aged in old-fashioned French oak barrels for about 2-3 years, allowing it to showcase the best shiraz flavor.
